Due to its special location, the house is the perfect starting point for sporting activities, for a stroll in the beautiful old town of Innsbruck or simply ideal to unwind and relax on the quiet sun terrace.

“Spacious 2 bed house with a glorious view. - lovely kitchen/dining/ family area with bi-fold doors to outside balcony. - great main bathroom and shower + extra toilet (useful!!) - peaceful location on edge of Innsbruck, up in the hills. - 5 mins in car to the top of the funicular line, from which some lovely walks start off. You can catch the cable car from there to go further up the mountains. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. ”

"The house is just a few minutes from the city but in absolute quiet area. It offers a beautiful view on the Bergisel ski jump. We went to Innsbruck to explore the region and this house was an ideal starting point. Without entering the city traffic , You can reach the highway and major attractions in just a few minutes.
But in addition to this, it is the ideal nest for coming back in the evening, enjoying an aperitif on the terrace and a warm bath. The house is spotless, equipped with every comfort and our host has always been available to offer help. We arrived for Easter and Maria made us find a basket with eggs and chocolate bunnies for the children. What to say? Super family-friendly ... The small attentions that make the difference. "
